My First Half Journey at LP130 ~ Sam
Joining Leadership Program was not by chance, but by choice. It is one of the most important choice in my life. I
surrender myself to all my buddies and seniors with my full trust and respects.
In LP, I see more people and I am connected to more lifes. The feelings are different all the time, and they inspired
me to do more and contribute more to people. I still can remember every sharing that I did in Advanced Course
and first half LP journey. I still can remember all LPs’ expression and emotion. The most unforgettable memory
was our car wash and WOW! Day. I saw our common goal, felt the teamspirit and most important element was ‘full
acceptance of each other’ of who they are and how they show up, even there were disagreement and challenges.
I totally respect all LPs who able to show up for others.
I am miserable and ‘half way’ vulnerable in this journey. Being authentic and vulnerable is something that I never
thought I could possibly be. But, by taking actions and showing up, it proved to me that the possibilities are always
with me, and I am the one who is keeping running away from it.
I really appreciate all buddies and seniors who showed up to me, thank you.
So, what’s next? SILENT ACTIONS! which I think it creates result and impacts to others.
