You make yourself outstanding among the greens

Firstly, thank you Mel for the chance to drop some words here to review the first half of my Leadership Program.

It was a journey that full with breakdown, breakthrough, tear of sadness, tear of joyful, disagreement, agreement, misalignment, alignment, miscellaneous……and lots more. Nevertheless, we were able to walk through all these by everyone of us heading to one “COMMON GOAL”.

From the rope course, I learnt to trust and surrender myself to my buddy and the team. When I show up in this way I realize that I am actually empowering everyone beside me. You all can be so powerful and confidence! Through LP Wall even though things weren’t planned nicely (if yes, KC won’t be the last one :D), but what showed up was just “AMAZING”!!! The Iron Will brought him over the wall. Nice play guys!!!

Now the second half. I want to keep on creating impact to the people around (wife, family, my team, colleagues, friends and etc) by showing up differently. How? I don’t know. Only thing that I know is that I step out and “MAKE IT HAPPEN”
